โAnd seekest thou great things for thyself? seek them not:โ
Jeremiah 45:5
This week I’d like to send you to a study that straightened out my perspective of church history (from the time of Christ to 2025AD). This essay helped me to take a realistic approach to the events of the New Testament. It addresses a fault called, “the fallacy of familiarity.” This challenged me to adjust my expectations closer to Scripture. Although the writer does not post on a regular basis, this longer, meatier piece made it feel worth the wait.
As it is a bit longer, maybe freshen your coffee before you head over to read it…
